How can get rid of the big space???

Member Group: Member Posts: 16 Joined: Jul 2005 Member No: 186,505	The layout I'm using made a big blank spot on the bottem of it and I want to size the scroll bars to the end of the layout I have can some one help? If u dont get what I mean go here its the big blank white place after my layout that I want gone.
