Okay, I really need help. For quite some time now, my hair has just been constantly falling out. Like when I get out of the shower, I would brush my hair and all this hair would end up on the brush. I don't comb it when it's wet anymore and it's still falling out. I would just run my fingers through my hair and BAM; there's a whole load of hair in my hands.
My friends say it's just a phase and it'll go away soon, but it's been going on for awhile..about 9 months? I was just wondering if I'm doing something wrong with my hair or what could be the problem. Oh, don't worry..I don't have bald spots or anything...  Please help.

you use the same shampoo for to long..mayb you nedda a change of shampoo
