How can get rid of the big space??? |

The layout I'm using made a big blank spot on the bottem of it and I want to size the scroll bars to the end of the layout I have can some one help?
If u dont get what I mean go here its the big blank white place after my layout that I want gone. |

can u paste the code that u used to div overlay. and where did u paste it?
