does anyone know how to get THIS
filter? you will need to wait a few secs for it to happen, its kinda like a broken tv effect??

If you add this code in there, you should get the black n white look she has before you roll over the image... p.s. and if you raise the opacity on the hover link (e.g. change 50 to 80) the filter effect will not be quite so strong, so you can see the image better. |
