Splinter!, help |

I have a splinter stuck up in my nail.it went through my whole nail..i tried cutting my nail and squeezing it out and usign a tweezer..but it don't work.. So i was wondering if it ever happened to you guys and if you know how to take it out.. Thanks!

I don't know what to do, but I usually take a tweezer to pick it out. You should go tell your parents.
I reminds me of this time I got a splinter into my thumb. Everyone at my scouting place was trying to PICK it out with the nails (well, the girls...)....It was horrible. What was worse was that my sister told me that if I went to the doctor, they would CUT my thumb off, so that whole night I was taking a tweezer trying to pull the spliter out. I achieved it, but most of my skin on my thumb ripped off, so I had to stop the blood, put medicine over it, and stick a band-aid on. I told my sister what happened. This was the convo: Me: I GOT THE WOOD OUT! Sister: Good! They won't have to cut off your thumb anymore! Me: I'm so happy, but it stings!!! Sister: You do know I was kidding about the cut thumb off thing, right? I got mad at her. I was in 1st grade at the time. |
