does anyone know how to get THIS
filter? you will need to wait a few secs for it to happen, its kinda like a broken tv effect??

that's weird. that shouldn't happen. did u make sure u pasted the entire code? and did u make sure that u didn't paste it in between other tags? it should be pasted alone. apart from other codes. |
