so ive been wondering about this for a while now.. but why do all the digital art help topics go in webdesign chat? digital art has nothing to do with webdesign. the web is just one medium for it. and we HAVE a digital art forum, so why are the Photoshop questions still going in webdesign?
and why is the digital art forum in the webmasters corner category? a lot of people use digital art OFF the web. that was it's original intent - printing, advertising, etc. |

webdesign, to my understanding, is how each component of a site comes together in structure. its not coding. and it's not graphics. its HOW you bring everything together to make a website. coding and graphics are merely components of that.
in response to headphones.. ok i'll give you that. you're right. it's createBLOG. and most of the digital art displayed here is for websites. so why have a digital art forum at all? why not just put it all in the website forum if that's your logic? and why do we have webmasters corner AND a website forum up top? You moved xanga help, xanga scripts, and xanga skins into the Xanga forum, and the same with all the blogger forums. if you moved those, why didnt you move the webmasters corner's forums into the website forum? why do you have a digital art forum if you cant ask digital art questions in them? it doesnt make SENSE. |
