Which one is better. From your experiences from those programs. Which has more options and is better at creating graphix with?

hahaha...to clear things up..
Adobe photoshop IS photoshop. It isn't two different programs, understand? I think you mean photoshop and paintshop pro!!! Personally, I think photoshop is the best at graphics. That's just me though. Photoshop costs too much though, and paintshop pro is cheaper. |
