upward scrolling marque, add a scrolling marque under calendar Options

I want to add a scrolling marque with a transparent background underneath the postine calendar section of my xanga right beneath the "oldest/newest" but i cant figure out how to get it there after trying for like 4 hours. thanks for the assisstance i just ended up adding a custom module on the right because to get it on the left i would have to erase my standard module and do it all over with the added module for the marque, but this way will work fine for now thanks for all the replys
