banner positioning, how do u do this? Options

i want to put a banner in, but i want it in a specific place..these kinda things are soo confusing for me. lol. i made a screenshot of where i want the banner to go..

i didnt add the banner in there yet, only cuz i cant figure out how to do it right. haha.
