okay, so i guess theres no age limit around here? well, my friend is in 4th grade and she already got her period. she acts like shes so mature and cool cause she did and she gets me jealous sometimes. i mean, she looked forward to having it and she did. she said i would get in by 5th grade but id rather have it in middle school. havent you ever got jealous?

Okay sweety, getting your period does not mean you are mature. Trust me, I'm 20 years old and I've seen many immature adults. Maturity has to do with physical development as much as mental development. Ever seen adults gossip or a child advise an adult? I've seen both. Don't be jealous of what comes with age. Meaning, your friend's period is something you'll experience as you get older. It is inevitable. It's more important that you mature mentally, in my opinion. And if your friend tries too hard to be mature, that act alone says she's immature. And to answer the topic question, I've never been jealous of someone for having a period before. --------------- 5000th post!! |
