upward scrolling marque, add a scrolling marque under calendar Options

I want to add a scrolling marque with a transparent background underneath the postine calendar section of my xanga right beneath the "oldest/newest" but i cant figure out how to get it there after trying for like 4 hours. I'm sorry, I don't think that it's possible to do that since you're not using custom modules. .. or unless you're using xanga premium!
