Ok, so I modified this skin: http://www.createblog.com/skins/download.php?id=1233
And made it into this (my blog site): http://www.xanga.com/home.aspx?user=friarblues Here's what I need help with (and I hope you're looking at it with IE, cuz mozilla makes it look awful). 1) I would like to put my profile box, the calendar thingi, and the blogring/subscriber boxes underneath what's on the current site (under the big pic of me and my wife and the blog box). Preferably in three boxes horizontally instead of stacked under eachother (but I'll take what I can get). 2) find a list of urls for all those xanga preferences that I can never find (like where my events are, where to change my profile pic, etc). The main xanga site has got to have the least user friendly navigation I've ever seen, heh. I can post the code to my site, but I'm not sure what I should post, since the only thing that I've changed from my basic xanga site is the above mentioned layout (which I entered into my header). Is my header the stuff I should post here or is there a different code that is needed? And if someone can't do it for me, if they could point me in the right direction to find a really good tutorial made for dummies like me, I'd appreciate it. Thanks!! P.S.- I have premium, if that helps. |

hehe.. I think there is a misunderstanding here [or is it me that misunderstood?]. c0cONuTTeR stated that the ORIGINAL modules of xanga. .. must be disabled for the current layout that you're using! So because those modules are disabled you used custom ones [the ones I gave you] to replace the ones you hid. Knowing that -- what is the use of ENABLING the old ones? However it's easy to move your custom modules.. . just play around with the coordinates of "top" and "left".
