Doesn't it hurt when you bite your lip/tongue while eating too fast or sleeping. It stings and the pain goes away, then a few days later, the pain comes back and it hurts so bad. yeah, that's what i'm experiencing.

i dont ever bite my lip anymore but i bite it without knowing about it all the time if u know what i mean..
