 (click to enlarge)  practicing photomanipulation. what do you think? horrible, is what i think. but what the heck, it's practice. constructive criticism is STRONGLY ADVISED, for i need a lot of practice  original photo found here. enjoy...somehow.  edit. i've decided to call it Abomination world in disarray. i'm sure i'll figure out the meaning sometime

Yeah, I was also wondering how you did the eye... is there a link to a tutorial you could give, or was it just you being creative and inventive and all?

Awesome, awesome!  i didn't use a tutorial... basically what i did was i took a picture of the earth, resized it so it was about the same size of the iris, yet a bit smaller, sort of feathered it, then erased a bit in the middle. so i guess you could say i was being creative  QUOTE(xtremeliquid) Not really realistic. who said i was going for realism? it is art, correct? not all art is realistic. if you wish, consider this piece "abstract" then.
