Introduction Summer is coming ! Why not try some wonder mixture of fruits smoothies ? Ingredients: 1. 1 cup of sliced strawberry 2. 1 cup of honeydew 3. 1 cup of sliced cantaloupe/cantaloup 4. 4 cup of tropical juice( such as Splash ) 5. 2 cup of ice 6. 2 cup of cream ( not sour cream ) 7. chocolate syrup bottle Instructions: 1. slice the little piece of honey dew 2. put the pineapple into the blender 3. put cantaloupe/ cantaloup into the blender 4. pur four cups of tropical juice into the blender 5. add 2 cup of ice in the blender 6. blend the fruits and ice together 7. pour into a small cup per person 8. add whip cream on the top 9. add each cup w/ chocolate syrup 10. add marshmellows on top ADD On 1. you can add pour fruit cocktail. 2. you can add kiwi or fresh fruits. |

You can use honey rather than honeydew. Any products would be good as long it's not meat. ![]() |
