double coloreed custom modules, whats the script? Options

i searched 4 it in the xanga scripts but i still didnt find it. so can anyone help me? EXAMPLE LOOK AT THE CUSTOM MODULES

border-bottom: 4px solid #3AB5FD;

I believe this part is the double coloured part.
