Well, if it's after a date. Then she'll stall some how to stay outside. That's when you go.
If it's casual. Then do this: Play with her hair. Just with one hand, kind of twirl her hair in your fingers and comment on it. Look at her lips, and if she continues to let you do this and even smiles. Then, she's ready to be kissed. If it's y'alls FIRST kiss, then yes, do the 90% thing. If not, then you kind of tease her a little bit, instead of actually kissing her, just brush your lips against hers and lean back. Continue talking, and then do it again, this time, hold it for about 3 seconds, and repeat. This will build up a tension inside her, and eventually, SHE will choose to kiss you all the way. Same concept, just diffrent approach, don't rush, but don't wait. |
