customizing about me/interests titles, overlapping text on the titles Options

hey i was wondering how i would go about customizing the about me,interests, movies, etc titles using overlapping text like in this girls site

Here's the code for getting rid of the "Interests, Music, ETC ETC."

Copy that into your About Me

And then the person above me has the stuff for overlapping text. So, you should know what to do.
