 Although the vibrant colors in the first two are nice, the images are too busy. Choose one thing that you want to draw the viewer's attention to: the text, the girl? a particular part of the girl? Consider that and the theme of your artwork as you work on it. Color, text (size, font-face, etc.), alignment, and sharpness, brightness are just some of the things to consider. Your third image is good in the sense that the image doesn't feel too busy and the eyes are obviously the focus of the artwork. However, the stars don't seem to blend that well with the image, aesthetically. Consider toying with colors or blurs; perhaps substituting them with something else or taking them out altogether. Sorry if I seem extremely anal. You can thank my Adobe Illustrator teacher for that.
