ok i havent been hungry at all today. i mean, i didnt eat breakfast, then at lunch i had some chips and i was full. then i was like "ok i need to eat a bit more"
so then at dinner, my mom made chinese food [my favorite], and i could only eat a few pieces of chicken. i tried to make myself eat more but i just wasnt hungry. im not forcing myself to be this way either....  whats up with that?

maybe its part of our puberty? haha i dont know. yea.... i havent' had an appetite for like a week now.possibly because i havent worked out for a long time, schools ended for me 2 weeks ago and ive started dating? haha not that im dieting for him DUH but like the whole schedules changed. and ive already started doing summer school so now im FORCED to eat before 12 i usually eat at 1 or something (cause at school)so yea maybe a change in your schedule |
