did you actually think i was going to advertise? c'mon now. you should know by now that i know better than that!

no actually, my question is, what's the most valuable thing (to you) that you've ever lost?. i suck at searching, so maybe i missed it or something.

but yeah. here's my lame sob story.

i was a wee little boy back in the day and we went to visit yellowstone and i brought my little stuffed animal penguin that i had with me my ENTIRE LIFE.

and his name was "tux." and i brought him with me everywhere i went. i was like... 3? 4? 5?

anyway, we were checking out of this hotel, and we drove ALL the way to COLORADO when i realized i left tux in the hotel!

so i started crying and whatnot.

and we called the hotel and went back and everything. and found nothing.

and i feel like that's the most valuable thing (to me at the time) that i've ever lost

but i wouldn't remember much

yeah. i'm that lame to still remember that. i've lost much more valuable things than that like gold stuff and watches that costed hundreds to thousands. but none of those really meant as much to me as tux did when i was a litttttle boy.

so this isn't about money value.

it's about personal value

Well, in 3rd grade I accidentally left my sweater my grandmother had made me on my chair. At the end of the day I went back to the classroom and it wasn't there. I was so heartbroken. It was my favorite sweater.. I wore it all the time. And my grandmother had made it for me. I was very, very sad.
