Where is my Xanga banner for layout?, submitting.... Options

Hi everyone. I made a layout for submission here at createblog, but I know that I should have the Xanga banner intact in my layout. I don't think I have a banner remover in my code, but I'm not sure. Can someone please look at my code and tell me how to get the banner? You can see the layout here. Thanks!
