ok....so this guy i like asked me to go to the movies...thing is, my mom doesnt drive anywhere at night, and my dad works at night...well if i ask my dad to go with a guy....do you think he'll say yes? my dads been nagging on me about not hanging out with friends...so why would he say no? and if my dad does say yes, my mom will probably have to take me. any suggestions how to ask my dad...ways to persuade him?

prove to your dad you can be trusted, and just ask straight up. That makes it way easier to persuade them later if they say now, and it shows you can be responsible and talk with them openly
