i just dont see why ppl wanna be so skinny ..... maby i dont no cuz i have nothing to worry about cuz i have a fast motabolism ...... but personally i think its very ugly to actually see your bones ... but thats just me ... what do u think??

that picture that was posted, is fake. its photoshopped. OF COURSE.
I've seen the original, it, along with many, many cliche examples. it is NOT a choice. it is a mental DISEASE. like someone said, you think its a choice? because you've seen it on xanga/lj/myspace/whatever. those ladies [and sometimes males] are what are called 'pro-ana' or 'pro-ED' they promote, what they think is a choice, a diet, to starve, to vomit [purge] at times, those girls that visit those websites are confused, and often get dragged into this whole mess of thinking its a choice. those that think they can just 'stop' the behavior are IGNORANT AND USUALLY NOT SICK. well, they're sick..but in their another way.. Christ, I hate the glamorization of it. jesus, going on those sites makes me curl up and want to die. 'ana' 'mia' 'Hello, goodmorning mia, want to make my Life miserable today?' there are OTHER eating disorders too, you know..? Anorexia, Bulimia, Compulsive Over-eaters, ED-NOS [like I said before] and..more. so PLEASE. read up on them. don't go to some stupid girl's xanga, who thinks that 'ana is her goddess' GO HERE I've had issues with eating all my life,. didn't mean to preach, I'm just pissed, and my brain is bleeding from some of the things in this thread. |
