Workin' those abdominals, noob needs help

I'm saddened to say, although I guess I look forward to feedback on this, but hey what's a routine daily or whatever workout anyone can use to build a six pack? What I do isn't working for me. I don't think I have enough fat to turn to muscle. At least that's what I thought until I saw some 9 year old a Dorney Park with a six pack. Tips? I know I could use some. *clueless* cry.gif

Hydrodensitometry, they dunk you in water. I haven't tried it but I heard its the most accurate.

you cant target certain areas of the abs because its one muscle...

actuallly it isn't.

the abdominals have the upper muscles, the lower muscles, and the intercoastals that make it. and most people should do a variety of different ab workouts to make sure you get all those areas targeted.

crunches only work your upper ab muscles--with little to no effort on your lower abs.

rolleyes.gif The recuts abdominus is one muscle, there are no upper or lower abs. Its impossible to isolate the upper or lower abs, it is a single muscle and it will grow as a whole. If you could stimulate one area of a muscle and make it grow that would imply that you could change the shape of a muscle, and scientifically, that is impossible.
