okay, i have had a off-and-on rel. with this girl since december.... it is like i love her when we are seperated, but when we hook up i am miserable... then we break up and i am wanted her again, i know that i am needy and stuff but i dont know what to do... dump or stay ... i dont know

maybe she's just a drama queen... as someone said before, you probably only want her after you break up because of the 'wanting something you dont have' feeling. stay away from her awhile, see how it goes
