I'm saddened to say, although I guess I look forward to feedback on this, but hey what's a routine daily or whatever workout anyone can use to build a six pack? What I do isn't working for me. I don't think I have enough fat to turn to muscle. At least that's what I thought until I saw some 9 year old a Dorney Park with a six pack. Tips? I know I could use some. *clueless*

QUOTE(elmogurly @ Jul 17 2005, 3:47 AM) Hydrodensitometry, they dunk you in water. I haven't tried it but I heard its the most accurate. QUOTE most people who only do crunches ONLY target one part of their abs--mainly the upper part. that workout helps you work your lower abs (the hardest to work), intercoastals, and upper abs. you cant target certain areas of the abs because its one muscle... |
