when I try to go to sleep every night, I just can't sleep. it's mostly because my legs. they always have cramps in them. even if I take these pills they kinda help, but they still hurt really bad. and, my eyes just can't close. mostly because of sugar or caffenine. yesterday, I went to see a movie and only drank a dr.pepper. one caffenine drink, and my eyes won't shut
![]() any sleeping tips? I really need them. |

Well if you want the aromatherapy try lavender
There is a condition called "Restless leg syndrome." It's fairly common and even more common in women. My grandmother had it, my mom has it, and I have it every now and then. It's a feeling like you can't get comfortable- every time you roll over and expect it to be better it's not so your continually trying to find a comfortable position. It's on rare occasions that I have it however my grandmother suffered horribly from it. Perhaps you ought to look it up if your suffering from the same symptoms? Other advice is to stay off the caffeine, get exercise, and eat healthy. I don't believe that caffeine is the reason why you can't sleep. You would need to run out and buy starbucks every night which you probably don't do. A little caffeine in Dr. Pepper, etc., shouldn't be the reason your not sleeping. If all else fails- see a doctor |
