QUOTE(caliente @ Jul 6 2005, 5:26 PM) It's probably all in your head. It's not uncommon for girls to believe they have every symptom related to pregnancy when they fear they may be pregnant. I've done that 3 times when I swore I was pregnant lol. Mzkandi is completely right. Your period is just irregular. Your not pregnant if you got your period so don't worry. If your still super worried which I don't think you should be, then buy a pregnancy test- you don't need a parent with you and you can buy one at the grocery store. Sometimes sex, stress, etc., can make your period irregular. Condoms are fine but what's even better is birth control pills. You know when you'll be getting your period and you won't get pregnant (1% chance you can get pregnant lol.) The only thing is that it doesn't protect against stds. You can get birth control pills at planned parenthood or talk to your parents. A way to bring it up is to tell your mother that birth control pills are a good way at keeping your face clear of pimples and that it's a good way of knowing when you'll be getting your period. If your mother is the not very strict, then tell her that your sexually active and that you would like the pill. She should be understanding. |
