Oh God, High School Graduation.

Let me start off by saying that, even though I was happy to graduate, I was shaking when I was on the field...it's leaving your comfort zone and erything changing. I was a wreck, I was sad to leave my friends, and scared to live by myself...and I can remember just sitting there with tears falling down my face...I went and got my diploma...and I gave my principal a hug...I was just so upset, you have no idea. Weeks after I would sit in front of my HS and look at it...I was just like, damn that went by quick.

My sister is a JR in HS...and worried about the same things. #1, start taking SAT classes if you havent already and if you want to, and TRY to take your SATs in May so that way when you apply to colleges...you'll get the answers back quicker. As for paying for college...student loans and a job will help you. Make a deal with your parents...you give a certain amount of money and they'll match it. (you give 1,000...they'll give 1,000 sorta deal) If you dont have a job right now, look to get one...because you need the money for books, and all the other essensials.

As for college planning...
* http://www.50states.com - will definitely help. Click on a state and then click on Colleges and Universities. They have as many colleges as the state has...and then go check out the schools websites and prerequisites...or what you need to get in. Private colleges..if you're not into the whole big campus scene and a better learning experience so your not in a class with 200 people, literally. I private college would be like, Centenary College in NJ...no other state has it, and it's not divided up like University of California...they have Davis, Santa Barbara, San Diego...you get the picture.

If you need help...I'm here.
