i'm 15, and i am flat. i'm not talking about like.. "OH NO! i have an a cup." im talking about really flat. i mean im not washboard flat or anything. i have these tiny bumps. all the other girls all have boobs but me. its embaraasing. and also, aren't u supposed to be done with growing them by age 16? well guess what? im 15 and my birthday is in 2 months. and im still stuck with these TINY bumps. even my 13 year old sister has boobs. is this normal for me to be sooo late? if ur wondering, i got my period like last year...

you prob dont wanna be a "bloomer". i first got my...twins..when i was 11 and guys noticed me. well, actually they noticed my twins and thats all they noticed. i always felt embarassed.
