ok i previously just asked how to upload a video as a photo but my problem is now.... i have no idea how to change the video file to a .gif <3

hmm is there something im doing wrong? it says its an incorrect file type. i went to my documents and found the movie. i right clicked, renamed it to movie1.gif was i supposed to do anything else? anyways thanks alot <3
