Custom extended network banner, HEY

Member Group: Member Posts: 25 Joined: Jul 2005 Member No: 170,900	how do you make a banner to put where it says "blah blah, is in your extended network"? i know the pictures have to be the exact size of the thingy how do you make them that size, and how do you or where do you put the code? is there a code?
