If I check my caller ID on my cellphone, I see that the last time I recieved a call was yesterday. In other words I'll say I get calls about 4 times a week. I know my social life is way out the door so I was about other people :)

I probably get them once per 2 hours. If the number starts with 1800 however, I press talk, then off.
