If I check my caller ID on my cellphone, I see that the last time I recieved a call was yesterday. In other words I'll say I get calls about 4 times a week. I know my social life is way out the door so I was about other people :)

On my cell phone, people only call me, like, every other day, but at my house the average is about 4 calls (for me) a day.
