friend trying to hook me up with her friend, ugh Options

ok well alot of stuff has been goin on with me n my ex .. but thats not important. and one of my best friends knows all about it n a few weeks ago she started dating this one dude (travis) n he is always with his best friend (dustin) so she thought it would be kewl if me n dustin started talkin ... i told her i wanted to be single .. but everytime im on the phone with her she call dustin .. i try to tell her no but she still does and expects me to talk to him ... and she called me earlier n was like yea we are stopping by i was like ok .. cuz i figured she would just stop to say hi n get her pants but they stayed for a long time n she was like " i kno dustin didnt waste his gas to come all the way out here to see u if yall arent gonna talk " .. n i told her flat out ... " i dont kno him that well ... n when we first met we didnt talk alot" seh was like still just talk to him ... i started to talk .. but than they left n she made me give him a hug .. i was like ok n did and she kept saying that we would look soo cute together .. than she called me after n was like "so what do u think" i sed he was kewl "but i want to be single" .. i dont think she gets it .. how do i tell him that i dont wanna be with him .. n how to i get it through her head .. .

but.. i mean--yeah what your friend did was pretty out of hand and too much, but you can't take it out on her like that. okay so she was acting too forward but you could tell that she had all good intentions in the first place.

just be like.

"look. you can like travis all you want but i'm sick of you trying to set me up with dustin. i've told you many times before and i'm telling you again: i want to be single and i mean it."

if she thinks you're overreacting, retell the whole situation. how she made you meet him and stuff and talk to him when you told her you weren't interested.

just... try not to blame it on her as much. she was just trying to be a friend.
