I've noticed that people who did vectors/vexels usually posterize the picture they use before doing anything. I was wondering, how you posterize pics in illustrator (photoshop expired and having trouble getting psp9)?

effect > artistic > poster edges that should be right-- i don`t have the prog on the comp i`m using right now. |
