Sure, this kid might only be 10 years old, but he could still kick your ass. Richard Sandrak has got it all... a killer bod, musical talent, and power. He rules his grade five class with an iron fist! This kid embodies the concept of Stud. Take note ladies, he's available (in a few years).

Not only does this kid have the body and looks of a massive stud, but he's got Conan the Barbarian style too. He's got the long-hair, the ripped clothing, and he can bench 200 pounds. There's just one small point of interest. His head appears to be twice the size of a normal kids head. But hey, who's going to tell him about it? No one. They're all too afraid he'll kick their asses. Not only is he built like Arnold, but he's a martial arts bad ass as well. At the age of ten, he's had more years of training than some Black Belts.

Sandrak is also a celebrity of sorts. He's a regular guest on The Howard Stern Show, and has been featured on BBC, Ripley's Beileive It Or Not, Asahi Japan, and many other prime time television shows. Not only has he got a better body than you, he's got more money too. I bet he can drink like a fish too!

man ya'll are some haters for real. you have to admit that that's some impressive shit. he was able to bench three times his body weight when he was 8. How many people do you know that can bench three times there body weight? exactly. I was watching some news show about him and his dad was an ass. He wouldnt let his kid eat pizza or candy and he made him train hard, he was also a wife beater and was sent to jail. Little Hercules was walking around with like 1% body fat, and people can die when there body fat percentage is that low. I guess you have to understand bodybuilding to realize how impressive that physique is at 10, or at any age for that matter. And he's not 10 anymore I think he's like 14 and he doesnt look at same as he did when he was 10 because he hasnt really been working out since his dad has gone to jail.
