here is my third vector/vexel...i am not sure if my technique is that great...well, im not done,,but i would like some comments or constructive critism, in case im not doing it right...the colors might be weird, but its whatever floats my boat.

Your shapes are a little rough. Try not to follow the posterization so closely, but instead make smooth lines and curves. Your color choices are fine so far. I'd suggest getting a higher quality image.
