i was using picturetrail but all my accounts expired.. any ideas for uploading sites where there arent as many restrictions? also for uploading music !!!

I went through the same problem. I still haven't found a free place to host my own music files, but I did come across this site with a list a image hosting sites. image hosting list I'm using CyberTarp right now, and it's working for the moment...but a lot of the others look promising too. Let me know if this helps anyone!
