glowing brushes |

how would i make it look like some of my brushes are glowing?

I am sure there are glowing brushes, but why waster your time..do this..
use any brush you want, and input it where you want on the document, make sure it is on a new layer..in the layer palette, click on the layer you want the brushes to glow on, right click on that layer, choose "blending options", and check "outer glow", and just change the px size, colors, etc. But..you never told us what program you had....for the above, it is for ps7, or any other ps...
