navbar help, color problems |

how do you change the colors of the navbar on top? not the one on the bottom, because everytime i try to change the colors of the ones on top (home, groups, music, search, etc.), they don't change colors but the bottom ones do...help!

i know the .navbar code thing, i want codes for the text on the navbar
