navbar help, color problems |

how do you change the colors of the navbar on top? not the one on the bottom, because everytime i try to change the colors of the ones on top (home, groups, music, search, etc.), they don't change colors but the bottom ones do...help!

Do you want the code for the nav bar or the code for the text on the nav bar?
