I don't think there should be a 30 second flood control on the topics that don't increse your post count. Becuase it is spam if you post more than 3 times in 15 seconds, but it also dosnt increase your post count.. so erm yeah. I don't see why it couldn't be done.. Becuase those fourm games move fast, and it's nice to be able to post fast in them.

urhm, i hate to burst your bubble, bu ti dont think its possible to customize flood control for individual forums
you can do it for usergroups, but not individual forums |
