kinda overrated, and theyre taking over all the top sites.

if you want a layout, get one thats createblog.com worthy, not something that was thrown together with color hex codes and a banner slapped at the top.

to me, they all look tacky and i dont understand how people like them...

some of them do work hard thats why they're in the top sites but i guess thats true all their layouts arent as nice as cBs but it still takes time and think about it wouldnt it be worse if soemone copied all the codes and got in the top sites i think that would explain them being all yelling about no jocking.

i see where youre coming from, but they are the ones jocking. take www.xanga.com/killer_hawt_lay0uts for example. she stole the xanga ad remover from a guy named steve and placed her name inside of it and stole the bolded text: different color script from cB and put her name in that as well, but gets all hyped up about people jocking her "sh!t" which is mainly what it is. ive even said something to some of the mods on cB, but nothing has since happened. yeah, some have reason to say not to jock, but they put it out there. someone is bound to jock it. get over it or stop making it so easy for people to jock them. they all use the same style sheet anyways which they had to get from somewhere. the way those sites look, i know for sure they cant type their own codes or theyd look hella better.
