ok you all have seen the summer beach layouts with the image that covers the whole background without repeating ok ya how do you do that? you know is there like a code or somethin? it cant be jus the size of the image cuz its fullscreen on my computer (1024x768 screen) and my friends (800x600 screen) how do they do it?

*scratches head* i don't know what you mean... the layout that is. i don't think i've seen it. i don't think an image can "stretch"...



image - link to your image
repeat - you don't want it repeated... so no-repeat. otherwise you can have repeat-y for vertical, repeat-x for horizontal, or repeat for both.
position - where should it stick? the first part choose top|middle|bottom and the second choose left|center|right
attachment: either fixed or scroll. fixed means that if there's a scrollbar, the background image will stay put even if you scroll down. scroll means the image will move up or down depending on which way you scroll.

do you get it or am i just confusing you? lol...
