Simple to make.
You'll need: 1 whole chicken 1 or 2 lemons A tall pan (about 1.5-2in. tall should do) Season All rosemary (best would be 2-4 fresh clippings from a rosemary bush) tin foil So now you: Get the guts out the chicken Cover with season all Place in pan with at least half an inch of water Cut lemons into fourths and place around chicken -For good flavor place a lemon slice under each wing and at the leg joints) Add in rosemary on chicken Cover with tin foil Bake at 350 in the oven By the way: Baking times vary, you can ask your parents to check for you, use a food thermometer (the kind that indicate the state of the food by type (ie lamb, medium beef, well done beef, etc), or poke it with a knife and if it bleed or the meat is pink put it back in. Suggested sidedishes: Biscuits Baked potatos Mashed potatos Green beans Corn Salad |
