As you can see in this image-
 the picture of hillary duff is faded in, i use to know how 2 do it but sadly forgot, and one more questing, how do people use the lasso tool so perfectly, ive practced really hard but my hand somtimes just slips.. any tips? i knw theres probably a tutorial but,i couldn't find it. |

^just feather it out the same way. or use a brush. i prefer feathering though.
