huh.gif Lately, I have been more self conscious about my thighs because they are rather large for my body frame. So I got really curious and looked at a height-wieght chart. I am like 5 to 10 lbs overweight! I think I know where all that is! yawn.gif So.... does anyone have any ideas on how I can lose the weight on my thighs?

Drink lots of water instead of soda and I mean a lot. I drink a gallon a day regularlly and I've been losing a lot of weight (I'm already really small...5'4 115 pounds) and I have to pee a lot but water always helps =).

i drink lots o water too. like. 10 cups a day? yes. i go pee alot but i think it helps... it better. =P

It's like...everytime I think I'm safe...I have the biggest urge to pee that creeps randomly o.O
